20x4 Green on Lime Green Character LCD with Backlight

This is a new design LCD with dual 16-pin rows. For ease of use, it can be hooked up to top or bottom row. They are wiring in parallel. Use both rows to help secure onto the breadboard. See comparison picture below!





This is an industry standard HD44780 based controlled 4 lines x 20 characters LCD display with GREEN characters on LIME GREEN background and backlight. It is a parallel interface so you will need 7 GPIO pins for 4-bit mode or 11 GPIO pins for 8-bit mode to interface to this LCD screen.
